Gosforth Harriers train on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.  Please see here for the full schedule.


Remember to improve your running performance you need to train regularly and consistently and include a mix of steady and tempo runs, speed work, intervals, hills.


Note: from April, there will be a track session on Saturday afternoons as an alternative to the morning session in Gosforth Park.
